DANGER CLOSE FIRE MISSION
Adjust fire onto a ten-vehicle T-72 column moving through the valley — with friendlies dug in only 400 m to the near side. Because it is danger close, the observer uses the creeping method: first round long, then walked back onto the target. Every station is on its own radio — the observer's handmic, the fire direction center, and the Kiowa's helmet mic each sound different. Sound is ON.
